⏺️ Aug. 27: Last day to register, add new courses, make section changes, change pass/fail, and audit
⏺️ Sept. 2: Labor Day recess – University is closed, residence halls remain open
⏺️ Oct. 11: Fall break – residence halls remain open
⏺️ Nov. 5: Election Day: University closed – residence halls remain open
⏺️ Nov. 19: Last day to drop a class and last day to withdraw from the University
⏺️ Nov. 23-Dec. 1: Fall Recess – residence halls close at 7 p.m. on Nov. 22 and will reopen at noon on Dec. 1
⏺️ Dec. 12: Last day of classes
⏺️ Dec. 16-20: Final exams
⏺️ Dec. 21: December Commencement
⏺️ Dec. 21: Winter recess begins – residence halls close at noon on Dec.21 and reopen at noon on Jan. 10

The PRT will be running. After you park your car, you can use the PRT for free all day. The PRT is officially opened and will have extended hours during this weekend.

➡️ Aug. 19: 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

If your student needs help setting up their wi-fi, electronics, TV, etc., WVU ITS will be available!

Small teams will be set up in most residence hall lobbies\student check-in locations from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. August 15-17.
