Dr. Johnnie Sims, Jr., celebrating his Pastor’s Anniversary was more than memorable, and the Founder’s Day fellowship was an epic! It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of our beloved Brother Jerry Sims. Brother Sims was initiated into our great fraternity through Iota Upsilon in 1977 and later served as a charter member of Sigma Alpha Alpha in 1982. His contributions to Omega Psi Phi and his unwavering commitment to our cardinal principles have left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Funeral arrangements are still being finalized and will be shared as soon as they are available.

Special “RQQ” to our 20th MS State Representative Bro. Carlos Palmer, who blessed us with his presence. ΣΑΑ continues to work hard for Omega!!
