Andrew Morse, president and publisher of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, urged Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and House Speaker Jon Burns to preserve Georgia’s magnificent Okefenokee Swamp in a editorial on the front page of the Sunday paper.
