how our pres Nina and vp Brooke have grown within zta….💭🍓
“Ever since I joined ZTA, I was pushed to take on leadership roles and become involved within the chapter. This past winterI was given the ultimate challenge of being Chapter President . It has been no easy ride for me, but as a result I have been able to see myself evolve into a woman I’m very proud of. I have learned my personal leadership style, my strengths and weaknesses, and how to lean on my sisters for support when I need it most. But most importantly it taught me how to deal with failure and how to own your mistakes. Accepting failure gave me thicker skin and the ability to recover from discouraging situations. It has made me more eager to improve myself and my chapter with everything that I do, and advocate for my sisters to do the same. The best piece of wisdom ZTA has taught me is “to be humble in success, and without bitterness in defeat” and I will carry that with me for the rest of my life!” -
“Being Vice President of ZTA has taught me many things including how to be respectful, responsible, and how to stay on top of things! Not only have I learned to stay on top of my school work but to also I’ve learned to manage my time. I am so grateful to have an amazing programs council where we plan everything strategically, and the opportunities I have received from Gamma Omicron have bettered myself and my resume as well. I have met my best friends and future bridesmaids in this chapter and I could not have chose a better chapter and sorority that betters myself and everyone around me. ZTA has always put the biggest smile on my face and I don’t think that my experience would have gone the way it is without this sorority and my friends! I love serving as the Vice President and I wouldn’t change it for the world
