The purpose of our Brotherhood is the pursuit and encouragement of Scholarship, Leadership, and Fellowship. In Scholarship, we aim to achieve a greater sense of knowledge. It is about growing and developing our maturity, ambition, diversity, diligence, humanity, confidence, and always striving to improve and better our sense of self. In Leadership, we work towards becoming better leaders in our community. Finally, in Fellowship, we strive to achieve a sense of unity and family in our fraternity. There is a powerful love to be found and shared in the purity of brotherhood that is Phi Sigma Pi. Phi Sigma Pi is not an item for one’s resume; it is a way of life and a commitment to the ideals of the tripod and the people with whom we share this commitment.
