Good morning PAU Counseling community! We’re kicking off our Spring 2026 Residency and are excited to announce a week-long human bingo activity. This is hosted by the Pi Alpha Upsilon CSI Chapter as a way to help foster community. Each day a new column will be shared and you can turn your completed board in on Thursday at lunch to earn raffle tickets for prizes! The last column is all about you engaging in self-care throughout the week. Check that box off each day that you take care of you in a meaningful and intentional way!

PAU Grads - My name is Madison Rowohlt, and I am a Doctoral Candidate in Montclair State University’s (MSU) Counseling PhD program. As a part of my dissertation, I have developed the Trauma Responsive Practitioner Scale (TRPS) to measure trauma responsive practice in clinicians. This study has been approved by MSU’s IRB (IRB-FY25-26-4800). I am reaching out to you in hopes that you might take some time to complete this survey.

To validate this scale, I am looking for mental health clinicians who have graduated from a counseling, social work, or psychology graduate program to complete the TRPS.

The scale should take about 20 minutes to complete, and your responses will be anonymous. Participants will have an opportunity to enter their email into an optional raffle to win a $25 Amazon giftcard upon completion.

In this role, you will carry a caseload of clients through our telehealth platform, receiving close supervision from a dedicated, licensed California supervisor who is supported by Attune's proprietary supervision tools designed to enhance your development at every stage.

Responsibilities

Direct Client Care (75%)● Carry an assigned caseload of individual therapy clients via Attune's HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform● Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions● Participate in required individual and/or group supervision in full compliance with your registration requirements● Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation including session notes and treatment plans within Attune's platform● Conduct ongoing risk assessment and safety planning, consulting with your supervisor promptly in any high-acuity situations● Adhere to all applicable California laws, BBS regulations, and ethical standards governing the practice of associate clinicians● Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and peer learning opportunities● Engage actively with supervision: come prepared, implement feedback, and track your own professional development goals● Utilize Attune’s proprietary software to enhance supervision experienceModel Training & Product Feedback (25%)● Participate in structured feedback sessions with Attune's product and clinical teams, sharing your frontline experience to improve our platform● Test and provide feedback on new platform features including documentation tools, supervision workflows, session support resources, and clinician-facing dashboards● Contribute to the development and review of clinical training materials, onboarding resources, and associate development content● Help evaluate AI-assisted features such as documentation support and session prompts, providing grounded clinical perspective on usability and accuracy● Serve as a voice for the associate experience in cross-functional conversations about how technology can better support early-career cliniciansRequired Qualifications● Active, unrestricted registration as an ACSW, AMFT, or APCC with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), in good standing or the capacity to register prior to start date● A masters or or doctoral degree in an area related to your planned license type (e.g. social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling)● Experience providing evidence based therapy to adults● Comfort with technology platforms and digital clinical tools; experience with EHR systems a plusWhat We Offer● W2 Hourly position (part-time or full-time), $20-45/hour for direct client care and administrative tasks (e.g., documentation, supervision, training)● 100% remote / telehealth work environment● Structured, high-quality supervision from experienced, BBS-qualified licensed clinicians included● Health benefits for individuals meeting full-time hour requirements● Continuing education support and resources for licensure exam preparation● Access to and a meaningful voice in Attune's proprietary supervision technology● A collaborative, mission-driven team that takes your clinical training seriously● Opportunities for growth as Attune scales its clinical operations
