As our population and economy continue to expand so does the demand for housing and commercial properties. As one of only a few Property Management programs in the country, we are here to meet the challenges of those demands. Immersed in a small and experiential program, our students will have real-world opportunities in many areas of property management. Using our expert faculty, industry profess
ionals and program partners, our students will gain skills and knowledge in marketing and leasing investment properties, financial management of real estate investments, and the development, construction and operations of real estate properties. The BSU Property Management (PM) Program offers both a Property Management major and Property Management minor. We have flexible learning pathways for both traditional and non-traditional students. Our program wants to maximize your marketability with the potential to earn professional credentials. As a part of our curriculum, students will get the opportunity to prepare and sit for the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) exams. Students who pass these exams will graduate with not only their degree and experience, but the industry credentials needed for employment and promotion. Each certification cost is upwards of $1,000, but if you are a student in our program, these are included in your educational experience. With over 20 organizations from all across the US, their expertise, professional connections and job opportunities are at our students’ fingertips. Student’s will have numerous chances throughout their education to interact, network and build relationships with professionals who are experts in their field. With a 100% job placement rate out of our program, PM Alumni are employed by companies all over the country, starting in a variety of entry level positions, and then move up very quickly in the industry.
