It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Brother Bill Cecil. Bill was a past President of Delta Kappa Chapter in 1976. Pray that our Brother is met with open arms to the Chapter Eternal and may they grant him a seat at the Alter of Theta Chi Fraternity. Rest in Peace now Brother. You served your Fraternity well.
