Ever wondered what it’s really like to study abroad? Our student worker Audrey Wallen, a senior in Political Science, is sharing her journey from Ball State to Chengdu, China! We have another for you on this fine Thursday! Katie Roegner studied in the Virgin Islands through the National Student Exchange!

"I have been absolutely loving St. Croix! I feel like I have not dealt with any culture shock personally, but I adapt to new situations extremely quickly because I am a go-with-the-flow type of person. I only have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so it has allowed me to spend much of my time exploring the island. My biggest low was dealing with bed bugs, and one of my biggest highs was being offered free horseback riding tours because I met the owner of the company at a coffee shop."
