We've been keeping a secret! 🤐

For the first time, Middle Tennessee State University's Archaeology Field School is taking place at Cragfont!

This month, students will be continuing the search to find the footprints of the six brick cabins that housed members of the enslaved community ❤️

On June 13th and 20th, members of the public are welcome to come visit, watch, and even assist in the archaeological work being done here at Cragfont from 9:30-3:00.

The Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) invites applicants for a full-time, temporary (non-tenurable) faculty position at the rank of lecturer in Anthropology ( #129150) to start August 1, 2026.
