Parents and caregivers in the metro Nashville area - Do you worry about the emotional needs of your Dyslexic child? How do you know if you're doing the right thing? Is the intervention you are pursuing the best option? Parenting a Dyslexic kiddo can stir up a lot of questions and concerns that we assure you are very valid and shared by other parents and caregivers. The TN branch of the International Dyslexia Association has created the Dyslexia Cafe just for you! The Dyslexia Cafe will be held in various locations across TN throughout the year. Join a supportive community of parents and caregivers to hear reliable information about Dyslexia and student support. The April 15th support group will begin with brief information from Kristin Keiper-Berneman of Brentwood Counseling about supporting the emotional needs of our kids with Dyslexia. The April 15th session will be hosted at Learning Matters, Inc. located within 2nd Presbyterian Church at 3511 Belmont Blvd., Nashville, TN 37215.
