I'm a bit late with this post, but the Murray State Double Reeds had a BIG week last week! We had three studio recitals (special thank you to pianists Dr. Meeyoun Park, Min-Kyo Jung, and Rob Arneson!), Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble concerts, and the New Music Concert. Congrats to everyone on great performances and good luck on juries and finals this week!

Come join us at our 3rd Annual Murray State Double Reed Day on Saturday, March 28 with guest artist Dr. Jessica Haislip and faculty host Stephanie Carlson. If you are an oboist or bassoonist of any age of ability level, this event is for you! Join us for a day of oboe and bassoon instruction, reed-making demos, a Double Reed Ensemble, and more! Double reed goodies and raffle prizes will be provided with generous support from Midwest Musical Imports and Forrests Music.
