2025 WHBSLC Request For Proposal Form
South Carolina TRIO (SC TRIO) invites you to join us for our 27th Annual Wanda Hendricks-Bellamy Student Leadership Conference (WHBSLC). WHBSLC was established in 1998, by co-founders Dr. Anita Davis-Defoe, the late Wanda Hendricks-Bellamy, and the late Lottie B. Gibson, as an opportunity for TRIO students to enhance leadership skills, engage in civic opportunities, develop professionally, and network with other TRIO students and professionals. For the past 27 years, SC TRIO has been dedicated to providing this opportunity for our students and we plan to continue this tradition at our next conference. We hope that you will join us.
The theme for 2025 is: "The O.S.C.A.R.S.". This year’s conference will take place:

**Ideally, we want to have presentations that can captivate pre-collegiate and collegiate students.
The due date for proposal submissions is by November 29, 2024 11:59PM.
You will be notified by e-mail regarding the status of your proposal by December 6, 2024.
