Alpha Psi Omega: Beta Phi Cast "We seek to become humble artists by the one and only road of labor and service." The main focus of Alpha Psi Omega here at SFA is the students.

Not only does the organization act as a liason between the faculty and the students, but it also provides services and activities to build the morale in the school as a whole. Alpha Psi Omega also aids in introducing prospective students to the school.

The Stephen F. Austin State University School of Theatre and Dance proudly presents a centerstage production of The Dumb Waiter by Harold Pinter, directed by senior theatre education major Evan Hamilton Banda. This darkly comedic one-act play delves into the lives of two hitmen, Ben and Gus, as they await their next assignment in a mysterious basement. As they bicker and pass the time, the arrival of strange, cryptic messages through a dumb waiter escalates the tension, leading to an unsettling twist that challenges their loyalty and perception of the mission.

Featuring the talents of Deontae Whaley and Wyatt Luellen, this gripping production promises a unique blend of suspense, absurdity, and biting humor, all brought to life on stage in an intimate setting. Audiences can expect a thought-provoking and captivating performance filled with sharp dialogue and underlying tension.

Performances will take place on Friday, September 20 at 7:30 PM, and Saturday, September 21 at 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM in the Black Box Theatre, located in the Griffith Fine Arts Building.
