UMass Boston Summer Courses on Nantucket

UMass Boston Summer Courses on Nantucket UMass Boston offers summer courses on the Island of Nantucket at the Nantucket Field Station. 2-3 week Courses in Biology, Art, History and GIS.

Each summer students have the opportunity to take courses and live on Nantucket for a few weeks. In Summer 2014 the following courses will be offered :
Studio Art on Nantucket: June 26th-July 11th
HIST 267 This Land is Your Land: A Survey of U.S. Environmental History: June 2nd-16th
Biol 100 Coastal Ecology: July 13th-July 26th
Biol 306 Marine and Coastal Ecological Research: July 27th-August 9th

ENYSTY 280 Arachnology: The Spiders of Nantucket Island August 10-16th
EEOS 406: GIT Data Collection and Field Methods August 4th-24th
