Advanced Culinary class presents “Restaurant,” a student-led dining experience featuring a curated set menu and optional wine pairings.

Owner KC and their team keep the shelves stocked with freshly prepared dishes that are hard to find elsewhere.

Here’s what our students have been up to lately: plenty of flour on their hands and butter in the mix. 🧈🥐

The Intro to Baking & Pastry course started in early October, and a few weeks in they’re already mastering scones, biscuits, and the fine art of working butter into dough.

This five-week session wraps at the end of the month, just in time for Intermediate Culinary to kick off in November!

We’ve loved every minute of summer break, but the kitchen is calling, and we’re just as excited to welcome a new class of future chefs.

Classes start back up August 25th, and we can’t wait to fire up the burners and get back to doing what we love most.
