We join the play therapy community in mourning the loss of Dr. Garry Landreth. Dr. Landreth was a mentor to our play therapy faculty, and our center is a testament to his life's work. Our Introduction to Play Therapy students spent the afternoon watching his video Choices, Cookies, and Kids tinyurl.com/nha9v6u9 and discussing his book Play Therapy: The Art of the Relationship. We are grateful his legacy has been immortalized and will live on for future generations of play therapists, parents, and children.
