Laurie leads our team in creating unforgettable client experiences—from leadership training to creative meeting spaces that help teams grow.

She’s been with Spark since 2013 and has 20+ years of experience across industries like construction, healthcare, IT, and education.

Fun fact: Laurie is an Auburn grad 🦅 and a true pro at turning big ideas into reality.

Our opening session set a strong tone with Dr. Adrienne Battle, Superintendent of MNPS, and Stephanie Coleman, CEO of the Nashville Area Chamber. Both leaders shared valuable perspectives on leadership, community, and the responsibility of leading with impact.
