Last week, students from across Vanderbilt’s programs came together in the Owen Great Room to share bold ideas for improving the world through entrepreneurship. The Hult Prize returned to Vandy’s campus with thirteen unique teams showcasing their for-profit, pro-social ventures aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Teams competed for a Local Round prize of $1,000 per team member plus a chance to travel to the Hult Prize National Round in Boston and the Global Round in London, where finalists compete for the $1M grand prize.

Congratulations to our first-place winners: DiffEx! We wish them luck in pitching their AI-driven healthcare solution in Boston. All thirteen teams showed their surpassing inventiveness, rigor, and drive. The CSV is proud to continue to support their ideas with mentorship, connection, and community.

Think your idea is worth $1 million? Join the Hult Prize competition, known globally as a launchpad for student-led impact ventures. The competition trains students worldwide in social entrepreneurship and awards a $1M grand prize at the international finals. 🏆🌎
