Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, dynamic, and detail-oriented Downtown Coordinator to oversee the management, booking, and logistics of events for our Downtown Riverbank and Beau Jardin venues.

This full-time role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously, and a passion for event planning. The Downtown Coordinator will work closely with department heads to ensure that all logistical needs are met for a wide range of events and city initiatives.

Additionally, this position includes oversight of the Miss Merry Christmas Scholarship
Program and its scheduling. The role also includes overseeing site visits and showings for prospective events and managing venue advertising
