*EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY*

FAUNA - Friends All United for Natchitoches Animals (FAUNA) is looking for an enthusiastic person to work as an employee for one of our physical site locations. This position will be responsible for covering cleaning shifts at that physical location. This person will be cleaning kennels, and walking large dogs. This position will be a part-time position, mornings or afternoons, a few days a week.
We are looking for someone with a professional demeanor who is prepared to positively interact with dogs and people. A valid driver’s license and willingness to use a personal vehicle for traveling to and from the rescue facility is required.

*Physical Requirements/Working Conditions*

The Site Employee must be able to lift 50 lbs due to large bags of food and large dog houses. This person must also be very comfortable with handling and walking large dogs, cleaning kennels, and distributing medicine as needed. Working conditions can vary but will require working outdoors in different weather elements. The times for work shifts are fluid
but will generally be conducted during daylight for safety.
