Day two of Freshman Connection….done!!. We have an awesome FC team lead by the one and only Mary-Katherine Horton Maggio!!!
Dr.Yonna Pasch spent most of the day in educational sessions….From Living Like A Demon for commuters, to the Getting Involved session with Trevor Wayne O'Bannon (who rocked this topic!!!), from the Demon Mentor network social, to the Purple Palooza Org Fair! All smiles on this day!!.

Hazing Prevention Week
We are asking our faculty, staff, and students to sign the Hazing Prevention Pledge this week! We are hoping to exceed 1,884 pledges!! HELP US ACHIEVE OUR PLEDGE AND EDUCATION GOAL THIS YEAR!

I PLEDGE: to prevent hazing before it occurs, stop hazing when I see it happening,
report it when I know it has transpired, and help empower others to do the same
in their organizations, schools, and communities.

I JOIN OTHERS TO:
Recognize the harm that hazing can cause both physically and psychologically.
Condemn the act of hazing on all levels.
Admonish those who haze and those who enable hazing through their silence.
Be an advocate for the prevention of hazing.
