💥At tonight’s Community Partner Mentor meeting, Mentors supported their Mentees through the 🗣️debate process on the very important topic of 💡”Does AI help students more than it harms them in high school and college?”. ✅Mrs. Polochick provided a lesson on the subject and then debate teams were formed. 🔥It was a lively debate on whether AI use for students is more harmful or helpful. ⁉️Which team do you think won the debate???

🌟 Internship Spotlight 🌟
From Interns to Leaders:
Dhruv & Maxenley
What started as a hands-on STEM internship has quickly turned into something more.

At New Bedford Research and Robotics, Dhruv and Maxenley didn’t just learn, they stepped up. Now serving as Lead Interns, they’re helping guide, support, and mentor other students while continuing to build their own skills in 3D printing, robotics, and computer software.

That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from showing up, taking initiative, and earning trust.

Dhruv will take that momentum with him to Wentworth Institute of Technology to study Mechanical Engineering, while Maxenley will continue his journey at Bristol Community College, exploring the STEM field as he defines his path.

This is what makes the GLCPS Internship Program different. Our students aren’t just placed, they’re empowered to grow into leaders. And partners like New Bedford Research & Robotics make that possible.
👏 Leadership in action
