The Educational Opportunity Center is a federally-funded TRIO program that helps adults residing in Craven County and COLLEGE-READY High school seniors enroll in college or into other post-secondary education at a school of their choosing. All EOC services are FREE and available to low-income, first-generation individuals and veterans who are not currently enrolled in college and who have not earn

ed a bachelor’s degree. The EOC provides information regarding financial and academic assistance to eligible individuals who desire to pursue a program of postsecondary education
