Found at Yale University on December 6, 1845, Alpha Sigma Phi continues to be the organization of choice for collegiate men founded on the values of Silence

, Charity, Purity, Honor, and Patriotism. Requirements to Join:
- Must have at least 12 university credits, 2.5 cumulative GPA, and are a full-time undergraduate student
- Registered for Greek recruitment through the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs found here:

- New Member Fee: $650

Membership Expectations:
All initiates of the Alpha Sigma Phi, Beta Theta chapter must:
- Maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA
- Complete at least 10 hours of community service per semester
- Each brother is required to fulfill their financial obligations every semester (paying dues)
- Attended weekly chapter meetings
- Attended 2 ritual events a semester
-Attended 80% of rush events a semester
