We are the 11th oldest national fraternity and currently holds 29 active charges across the United States and Canada. Here at Theta Delta Chi – Lambda Triton we strive to “improve a man’s intellectual, moral, and social being through mutual friendship and esteem.” We look for new members to represent these qualities to the highest degree, as well as a desire to better themselves through the means
of philanthropy. Our main philanthropic efforts revolve around working with Autism Speaks. Since receiving our charter in Spring 2008, Theta Delta Chi has become the largest Fraternal organization on campus. We have made positive impacts in both the collegiate and Greek community through starting mentoring programs such as BrosUnited, which is where we spend our Sundays with boys with Autism acting as positive male role models for them. Our brotherhood is currently housed in the Theta Delta Chi Manor at 66 College Avenue, one of the nicest and largest houses at Rutgers University. We also have a full-time chef who has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant business. In less than 5 years, Theta Delta Chi has grown to be the biggest fraternity at Rutgers and is an established powerhouse within the Greek community. Our rise to the top is a true testament to the determination and drive within our brotherhood to better ourselves and the people around us. We are currently number one in the Keller standings (A year long inter fraternal sports competition) . Last year Theta Delta Chi was the only fraternity to finish in the top 3 in both Keller standings and cumulative GPA. In 2011, Theta Delta Chi’s BrosUniteD was recognized by Rutgers as the top philanthropy program within the Greek community. We were also awarded the Victory Cup, given to the top Theta Delta Chi charge in the nation. On top of all that, we have remained one of the most social fraternities on campus.
