All MCM students are considered members of the Graduate Student Association (GSA) upon entering the program. Throughout the school year, the GSA sponsors numerous events including student/faculty socials, symposiums, and guest speakers. Additionally, the organization serves as a support system for fellow students and allows for an environment for communication to thrive (we are, in fact, communica

tion gurus). We encourage everyone to voice their ideas and get involved. We understand how time consuming our classes are, and how demanding our jobs are, so we want the GSA to be a bright spot in your daily chaos. SC&I graduate students, don’t miss this exciting opportunity! The Grad Student Job Search Workshop is taking place on Wednesday, September 24th from 6-7PM via Zoom. This event will teach SC&I grad students job-hunting techniques and how to leverage their networks to find jobs in the information, tech and communications fields. Students will also have the chance to win a $25 Barnes & Noble gift card during the event! This event is open to all SC&I graduate students.
