During our MAC Cosmetics field trip, instructor Juan dropped an important lesson for our esthetics students: not every client wants sculpted, filled-in brows — and that's okay. Your job as a service provider is to read your client, communicate, and deliver what they actually want — not just what you think looks best. And if they don't love it? Don't take it personally.
