Yale Divinity School Women's Center The Yale Divinity School Women’s Center is a student-run group.

Programs have included training workshops, service projects in the wider New Haven community, chapel services, lectures, a mentoring program, peer support groups and benefit theater productions. The Women’s Center is an integral part of the YDS community; the Women’s Center continually looks for ways to support and connect with members of the wider Yale and New Haven community to inform, serve, and equip for global leadership.

YDS alumna Lvyonne Proverbs will be co-leading this June 25th and August 14th free webinar on preparing future pastors to prevent and respond to sexual and domestic violence.

As part of the Women's Center's upcoming agenda, led by its new co-directors, Sarah Ambrose and Leah Snavely, it will work to be an active, trauma-informed resource and safe space for those impacted by gender-based violence, domestic abuse, and its derivatives.
