Yale '09 fam — Matthew O. Brimer here checking in! As some of you may know, I accepted the opportunity to volunteer as Chair & Exec Producer of our our upcoming ten-year Reunion this May, supported by some amazing Yale '09 teammates. I did so with an intention to rewrite the playbook, to make this Reunion something truly unique and special and inclusive. I couldn't be more excited about what the team is creating... it's going to be a truly special weekend.
One of the aspects of Reunion that the team and I are most excited about are two sessions called 'Lightning Talks' and 'Conversations That Matter'.
*Lightning Talks* are opportunities to share something profound you’ve learned since graduation. These short, seven-minute presentations can be on any topic and in any format so long as there’s a clear, actionable takeaway for the audience. This isn’t a brag session – it’s a chance to give back some hard-won wisdom to the community that launched you on your journey.

*Conversations That Matter* are small, moderated conversations on topics that have challenged and driven us in our lives after Yale. These 75-minute discussions are a chance to ask questions, share experiences, and potentially make some new-old friends in a setting that allows for deeper connection than a typical happy hour.

Thanks all! Looking forward to this.
Cheers,
Matthew O. Brimer
P.S. And if you haven't yet signed up to actually attend Reunion yet, snag your ticket here asap! http://bit.ly/yale2009
