Congratulations to Lisa Hogarty ’81, who received the 2026 Susan Colgate Cleveland Medal for Distinguished Service — Colby-Sawyer’s highest honor — at our recent Commencement Ceremony.

From Broadway stage management to leading major expansion projects at Boston Children’s Hospital, Lisa’s extraordinary leadership, philanthropy and dedication to CSC have made a lasting impact on the college community.

When Windy Pham ’15 arrived in the United States from Vietnam at age 17, she carried with her a mix of excitement, uncertainty and a deep sense of displacement.

“I remember feeling so out of place,” she said. “My accent, my name, my identity — it all felt like something I had to hide, something that made me different in ways that weren’t celebrated.”

Today, Pham's work is dedicated to changing that narrative for the next generation.
