WAIT! Did she say, “FREE?”

Wow, the last week was a whirlwind of activity for me! I had some really awesome talks with musicians in the orchestral, freelance, and business communities, and I was reminded all over again, via your thoughtful comments and questions, how critical it is that performing musicians understand how to support their health and wellness proactively. (And if you didn’t get to see the interviews, you can catch the replays right here on my page!)

Think about how you’ve been using this time in Pandemic Purgatory. Will you be ready to jump into whatever comes next? Or are you floundering? You can come out of this time a healthier person or … not. I want to help you pick the first option!

That’s why I’ll be doing a FREE one-hour workshop this Thursday, June 25 at 12 pm ET/11 am CT/9 am PT. It’s called “Wellness on the Double”, and in it, you’ll find out lots of specific, actionable steps you can take right away that will put you on track to better health now and in the future.

I know that all good health starts with the gut, so you’ll learn some of my favorite food-as-medicine tips to keep yours functioning optimally. Tummy troubles? I have some ideas for relief!

Did you know that certain foods can affect your mood, your ability to regulate your emotions, even your cognition? We’ll get into some of the ways your diet can help (or hurt) your ability to cope with the stressors of life, whether personal or professional.

Supporting a healthy immune system is top of everyone’s mind these days, so you’ll also hear about some immune-boosting foods and nutrients that will effectively up-level your body’s defense and repair system.

Join us, and you’ll get the scoop on the best health-enhancing foods to keep in your kitchen!

This is presented with musicians and creatives in mind, but everyone can benefit from these easy-peasy diet and lifestyle shifts! You’re going to want to be there, so click the link in the comments below to sign up!
