WAIT! Did she say, “FREE?”
Wow, the last week was a whirlwind of activity for me! I had some really awesome talks with musicians in the orchestral, freelance, and business communities, and I was reminded all over again, via your thoughtful comments and questions, how critical it is that performing musicians understand how to support their health and wellness proactively.
