Dillard University Office of Research and Sponsored Programs Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) serves as Dillard University's central administrative unit for securing and managing external resources.

The Office of Research Sponsored Programs office at Dillard University supports campus researchers and their staff with a variety of extramural funding transactions. This office is responsible for the effective and timely handling of all research proposals, as well as assisting, interpreting, negotiating, and accepting awards/agreements on behalf of the university for projects funded by federal an

d state agencies. The office is also responsible for drafting, negotiating, and executing awards and subawards for collaborative research.

Dillard University has joined the Southern Regional Education Board (SREB) HBCU-MSI Course-Sharing Consortium, which is a partnership between SREB and Acadeum to provide a variety of online courses for HBCU students who are in need of flexible learning options.
