Notice of Joint Meeting and Fellowcraft Degree — Wednesday, July 22nd
Brothers,
This Wednesday, we celebrate a landmark milestone: 27 years of joint meetings with the brethren of Indivisible Friends Lodge No. 404. Following their magnificent program during our last visit to their lodge, we are honored to host them this week.
Indivisible Friends #404 will open the evening York Rite style. Following their business, the gavel will be turned over to our officers to confer the Fellowcraft degree. We are especially excited to pass an Entered Apprentice who is the stepson of one of our own members—he is highly motivated and ready.
Please make every effort to attend this special event, support our officers, and welcome our candidate.
Refreshments: 6:30 PM

It is with profound sorrow that I announce the passing of our dearest and Most Worshipful Brother, Clayton J. Borne III, Past Grand Master, affectionately known as “Chip.” His departure from this earthly life brings deep sadness to all who knew him, loved him, and labored with him in the service of the Craft.

For over 57 years, Brother Chip exemplified the highest principles of Freemasonry through faithful service, steady leadership, and unwavering devotion to his brethren. His life stood as a testament to brotherly love and his legacy will remain engraved upon the hearts of all who had the privilege to know him.

We extend our heartfelt condolences and prayers to his family, friends, and Brothers during this time of mourning. May they find comfort in cherished memories, in the esteem with which he was held, and in the lasting example of dignity and service he leaves behind.

Let us remember Most Worshipful Brother Chip with gratitude, reverence, and affection, giving thanks for a life so honorably lived and for a legacy of service that will continue to inspire future generations. May the Great Architect of the Universe receive him into the spiritual temple not made with hands eternal in the heavens.

Last night at Germania Lodge Nr. 46, the hall was filled with true Gemütlichkeit as Islam “Izzy” Ezzo was raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason — a night none of us will soon forget.
Brothers came from across the country — Arkansas, New Mexico, Montana, Oklahoma and a delegation from Texas — we also had a visiting Grand Lodge officer all the way from Queensland, Australia. Proof that no matter the distance, the bonds of Masonry hold firm.
