The Delgado Community College West Bank Campus opened its doors in 1967. Student success is our first commitment and our highest priority. Delgado Community College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associate's degrees, certificates, and diplomas. Currently, about 3,000 students choose from the many associate's degree, certificate, and diploma programs offered by Delgado Community College at the West Bank Campus.

Delgado's West Bank Campus' Criminal Justice Program hosted guest speaker, Officer Alan Seaton, former Delgado student, and current Digital Examiner for the Cyber Crime Unit for the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation for the Attorney General's office, who spoke about digital forensics, and careers in law enforcement. The event was well-attended, very interesting, and showcased one of Delgado's own graduates. Special thanks to Dr. Daryl Hippensteel and the Delgado Criminal Justice Program for sponsoring this event.
