Cooking for a room full of strangers means cooking for allergies, preferences, and everything in between. Our students learn to handle that on the spot, and it paid off this month when a guest told us how well their dietary needs were taken care of during dinner.

Guests walked away impressed by the food and the service both, which means students got real practice running a full dining room!

We’re proud of our Apex Culinary Arts students!

Over the past two weeks, students have put their skills to work through a series of student-led dining services, preparing and serving meals and getting hands-on experience in a real dining environment.

For some, the next step is already lined up, with students securing externships before they’ve even finished the program.

Construction Program graduates - you did it! Congratulations on your on all of your hard work 🔨👷‍♂️

This cohort spent the past few months training across multiple trades, including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and residential remodeling. The skills serve as a strong foundation for the career in the trades that lies ahead of them.
