The Mountbatten Program was established in 1984 to connect top global businesses with the brightest young professionals.

We provide a career-defining program of international internship, post-grad study and cultural exchange. Mountbatten is a unique organization that enhances careers, changes lives and nurtures talent globally. We help young professionals to work, study and immerse themselves in the culture of the world’s greatest cities - New York and London. We help leading companies find and nurture the brightest international talent.
