Launched within the Bosch Alumni Network’s Peace Cluster in the spring of 2021, World War 2 Peace has brought together an international team of peace practitioners to document the legacies of social movements in their home countries and engage communities in dialogue about the past. Researchers combed the archives, conducted interviews, and created multimedia documentation projects in order to explore unique approaches to peacebuilding on the local level and share insights with a global audience.
Please join us on 7 December 2021 for an interactive showcase and Q&A session with the researchers from 5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. CET for those based in Europe and 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. EST for those on the East Coast of the U.S. Attendees are also welcome to participate in a brief brainstorming session following the main event, which will include discussions about digital storytelling applications of these research findings.
Please RSVP to this event page: https://www.boschalumni.net/events/74450 for access to the Zoom room and check out our project page: https://www.humanrightscolumbia.org/ahda/world-war-2-peace-documenting-history-peacebuilding for additional details on World War 2 Peace.
