Ayse Birsel gave a thrilling talk that explored everything from misdirection to the traits of our heroes, and the paradox of having too many choices. A central theme was the idea of “fait” - a French concept of creating distraction- which, when applied to design thinking, opens space for new ideas to emerge and solve problems.
