今年台大紐約區校友會接待15位來自台灣各大專院校來紐約參加模擬聯合國社團大會的學生。模擬聯合國社團於1999年成立，每年會在三月四月於紐約舉行聯合大會，參與者來自世界各地。今年台灣代表團模擬丹麥（不能代表自己國家）。一共有六個委員會，包含經濟、人權、永續等主題。學生們會在大會中模擬代表國討論這些主題。對學生學習參與國際事務有很好的正面幫助。也很高興看到優秀的學生們！

This year, the National Taiwan University Alumni Association of New York hosted 15 students from various colleges and universities in Taiwan who came to New York to participate in a Model United Nations conference. The Model United Nations program was established in 1999 and holds its annual conference in New York each March and April, with participants from around the world.
This year, the Taiwanese delegation represented Denmark (as participants are not allowed to represent their own country). There were six committees in total, covering topics such as economics, human rights, and sustainability. During the conference, students simulated delegates representing their assigned countries and engaged in discussions on these issues.
This experience provides valuable and positive benefits for students learning to engage in international affairs. It was also wonderful to see such outstanding students!
