🔻On October 7, 2025, students from the City University of New York participated in a mass walk-out to mark 2 years of the Zionist genocide in Gaza, and 77 years of Zionist occupation in Palestine. Marching from CUNY Central with a university-wide contingent to the Within Our Lifetime rally, students of conscience called out their university’s complicity in the genocide and the Zionist entity’s occupation of Palestine through their investments in the war machine.

🔻The genocidal occupation will not stop its crimes at a ceasefire — already, the ceasefire has been broken multiple times. The students will not stop agitating against their university until it completely removes any and all academic and financial ties with the Zionist occupation — and until the end to the occupation and complete liberation of Palestine.

🔻The students demand liberation — Our battle has only just begun — The time to escalate is now — Victory is in our hands!

في ٧ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٥، شارك طلاب من كلية مدينة نيويورك في خروج جماعي بمناسبة مرور سنتين على الإبادة الصهيونية في غزة، و٧٧ سنة على احتلال الكيان الصهيوني لفلسطين. انطلقوا من مقر CUNY المركزي مع وفد جامعي واسع إلى تجمع "في حياتنا" (Within Our Lifetime)، حيث نادى طلاب الضمير بتواطؤ جامعتهم في الإبادة واحتلال فلسطين من خلال استثماراتها في آلة الحرب.

On February 2nd 2025, genocide accomplice Kathy Hochul had the audacity to plan an event on OUR campus. This event was later cancelled as our massive student led protest had successfully scared her off‼️

We made our point clear, we will NEVER normalize war criminals stepping foot on our campus, and we will ensure genocide pioneers never get to wash Palestinian blood off of their hands.

Hochul has:
1️⃣ Ordered the removal of a Palestinian Studies job posting at Hunter College to silence critical scholarship
2️⃣ Smeared and attacked pro-Palestine students and faculty at CUNY, equating their activism with
antisemitism
3️⃣ Threatened CUNY’s funding and called for crackdowns on student protests demanding Palestinian
liberation
4️⃣ Ignored the Islamophobia and harassment faced by Palestinian and Muslim students while pretending to care about “campus safety”.

HOCHULS HANDS ARE RED. CCNY ADMINS HANDS ARE RED. We reject allowing blood-thirsty politicians to live a life without being confronted wherever they go. Continue to disrupt and make the lives of those complicit in the genocide a living hell‼️❤️‍🔥
