Here at NJIT, in the Epsilon Psi Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity, we pride ourselves on our brotherhood and our ability to better each-other.

Our brothers are always on campus, just stop by and say hello. Founded in 1963 at New Jersey Institute of Technology(NJIT), on the principle of friendship through the mutual assistance of every member, the Epsilon Psi chapter of Theta Chi aims to provide its members with an enjoyable and fulfilling collegiate experience that also prepares them for fulfilling successful lives after graduation.

The men of Zeta Alpha have officially begun their journey with the brotherhood of Theta Chi Fraternity – Epsilon Psi.

Pinning marks the start of their new member process, a period of growth, accountability, and deeper understanding of what it means to wear our letters. We’re excited to watch this class learn, build bonds, and begin shaping their impact on our chapter.

On Monday, we officially installed the 2025 Executive Board of Theta Chi Epsilon Psi. Honored to welcome a team committed to tradition, leadership, and the betterment of our chapter.

Over the weekend, we partnered with Alpha Sigma Tau for a community service project at the YMCA.
Together, we helped clean out and reorganize their storage spaces to support the staff and the programs that serve our community every day.

We’re proud to give back, put in the work, and make a positive impact alongside our friends in AST.
