You don’t always plan the path that leads to your career — and that’s exactly what makes Erika Jerome’s story so inspiring.

After initially pursuing law, Jerome found her way into clinical trials management during the 2009 recession. Today, she leads research efforts at Fox Chase Cancer Center and shares her real-world experience with students as an instructor in UD PCS’s Clinical Trials Management Certificate program.

From developing studies to working with medical teams and advancing cancer research, Erika brings the field to life for her students, helping them discover career possibilities they may not have considered.
