During his days as a Rutgers-New Brunswick business student, Connor Jagermann worked in the Rutgers Athletics marketing department, helping with game-day atmosphere and fan experiences. And then came Sir Henry.

He remembers running out of the football 🏈 tunnel with the team, standing on the 50-yard line, and trying to get a section of fans fired up. "To be the face of the university at that point was something that I never took for granted, and I will also never forget," he said.

The program is proud to introduce Dimitri Bianco as a member of the program's Industry Board. A quantitative finance executive, researcher, and educator, Dimitri has spent over 12 years helping banks, fintechs, and consulting firms build quantitative capabilities from the ground up. He has led model development, model risk management, pricing strategy, and fraud analytics across organizations from startups to global institutions and developing explainable AI methodologies for financial applications. He is the founder of Fancy Quant, an advisory and research practice focused on quantitative finance, machine learning, and AI strategy, and a widely followed educator whose conference talks and channel reach thousands of practitioners.

We are excited to bring you another feature! We are thrilled to announce that Associate Professor of Professional Practice Ann D. Bagchi has been selected as an awardee of The Fulbright Program and will spend the next academic year at Research Ireland 🇮🇪 in Dublin!

At Rutgers, Bagchi applies her business experience in the health care analytics class she teaches 📚as part of the Master of Science in Healthcare Analytics and Intelligence. Ann Bagchi, as part of the supply chain management faculty, also teaches project management and the industry client class to undergraduates.

“I’m interested in getting people in business to think about health equity as a priority, not an afterthought,” she said.
