We enjoyed spending time with some new earlier this week, who joined us for an afternoon of practicing their socializing and networking skills. The Career Center and Oral Communication coaches joined us to present tips and tricks for elevator pitches and speed networking. Students then had the chance to practice their skills and meet new people, while enjoying a lunch buffet. Thank you to all who showed up to network with us!

Calling all students in the community: join us TONIGHT for a fun tailgate, where we’ll have free food, games, face painting, music, and giveaways before the first football game of the season! Look for us in the student tailgate lot from 5:00-6:30 p.m. Don’t forget to wear your blue and gold and bring that !

Bienvenido and happy ! The next group of first year students have arrived abroad for their first semester as Blue Hens! Since their arrival in Madrid, Spain earlier this week, they have settled into their residence hall, toured the neighborhood and parts of the city, participated in orientation and welcome activities to get acclimated to the Saint Louis University-Madrid campus, and enjoyed a special welcome dinner. In a few days they will visit the beautiful Monasterio de Piedra. We hope Scholars have the best semester ever - and wish them good luck on the first day of class tomorrow!

Bienvenido and happy ! The next group of first year students have arrived abroad for their first semester as Blue Hens!
