Our Fall drama, Havurah by Margot Connolly, opened yesterday! Commissioned in partnership with the Big Bridge Theatre Consortium and the Jewish Plays Project, this world premier tells a story of community, faith and resilience.

At Crosby College, a small liberal arts university, two student clubs strive for connection and comfort in difficult times. When a tragedy occurs in the local Jewish community, members of the Havurah club are left reeling. The Christian social justice club wants to help, but struggles to know how. Deeply relevant, strikingly realistic, Havurah depicts the complexities and possibilities of connecting with others in times of grief.

This weekend, the playwright Margot Connolloy is in town, so we particularly recommend coming to the show this Saturday night October 25th and staying after for a talk back after the show with the playwright!
