We're grateful to be a part of the important steps to strengthen education, awareness and access to care for individuals living with sickle cell disease — and our experts were honored to be present at the signing of the Queen Candis Act.

As our region expands specialized services, including the Sentara-EVMS Comprehensive Sickle Cell Program, we're encouraged by the growing momentum to improve care and support for those living with sickle cell disease.
