NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk State Athletics announced on Wednesday that the Spartans' football matchup against Old Dominion University Athletics on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026 will kick off at 6 p.m. at S.B. Ballard Stadium. The contest will broadcast live on ESPN+.
