Yesterday was the Norfolk Propeller Club's Biannual Oyster Roast! This is one of the our favorite events of the year. During this event, we are given the opportunity to network, fundraise, and eat some really great food. We always have a great time.

We will be having a club meeting on Tuesday, October 8th in Constant Hall Room 1009 (our regular classroom) during Activity Hour (12:30-1:20). Members of the ODU Propeller Club had the wonderful opportunity to attend today's Virginia Maritime Association Membership Briefing. The event's guest speaker was Virginia Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry, Bettina Ring. We are honored to be able to participate in events like this to learn more about the industry, network with key individuals, and refine our professionalism. Thank you to the VMA and Old Dominion University for this opportunity!
