Democrat Andy Thomson has won the Boca Raton mayoral race by just ONE vote.
Thomson — 7,568 vs Liebelson — 7,567 Thomson becomes the first Democratic mayor of Boca Raton, Florida in over 30 years.

Don’t ever let someone tell you your vote doesn’t count!!

Dr. Gladys West, mathmetician and NASA scientist who pioneered the first GPS system.

Film Producer, director, and cultural commentator, Spike Lee. Known for his films, "Do The Right Thing (1989)", "and "BlacKkKlansman (2014)", and "School Daze(1988)".

Former U.S President, Barack Obama became the first African-American President in U.S History.

Actress , producer, and writer, Quinta Brunson. Known for her emmy-nominated role in Abott Elementary

Oscar nominated director, Ryan Coogler recently set the record for most nominations for his new movie, "Sinners".

Jasmine Crockett is a lawyer and currently serving as the U.S. representative for Texas's 30th congressional district since 2023.

Skilled mathematician and scientist, Katherine "The human computer", Johnson began working for NASA, then NACA, in 1953. Her job involved complex mathematical analysis for flight tests, laying the groundwork for future space missions.

HELP! TRIO Student Support Services is in need of a few more business partners (outside of higher ed) to participate in this year’s Career Readiness Orientation this Saturday (24th). Participants will assist with conducting mock interviews and remain for a networking hour, during which students may ask about internships, volunteer opportunities, and career pathways within your field. Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards.
